About Cat
Born to the name "다예" meaning many arts and talents, Cat embraces art as a whole, investigating different art forms that capture the essence of the dynamic and intimate human experience.
Cat is currently a student at Yale University pursuing a double major in art and statistics & data science. She has also taken coursework at the School of Visual Art New York and San Francisco Art Institute.
At Yale, Cat illustrates for and serves as the Creative Director of the Yale Daily News Magazine. She is also a recipient of the Yale College Creative & Performing Arts Grant for the April 2022 exhibition "Unfinished Sketches" and the upcoming December 2022 exhibition "Pause". She has been recognized in the U.S. Congressional Art Competition, the River of Words International Art & Poetry Competition, and the Arkansas Governor's Young Artist Competition.
